General Maintenance & Repairs:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, equipment, and systems. This may include electrical, plumbing, and other related tasks

Carpentry Work:

• Handling carpentry tasks such as installations (doors, windows, cabinets.), repairs, and fabrication of wooden structures.

• Senior High school Diploma or College Level
• 4 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry.
• Ability to comprehend schematic diagram, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications.
