الوصف

  • Performs preventive maintenance of production equipment.
  • Performs mold verification, sample process development, mold changes and set ups
  • Gather data and track MTTR and MTBF of molds and machines.
  • Overall supervision of both molds and maintenance teams with the initiative to conduct continuous improvement projects, both civil and mechanical.
  • Initiate, support, and sustain the equipment & molds in a good condition.
  • Provide strategies and procedures to shorten MTTR (Mean time to repair) and lengthen MTBF (Mean time before failure)
  • Upgrade molds repair and fabrication skills to existing molds technicians to reduce contractor costs.
  • At least 3 years experience in plastic molding injection industry in supervisory level
  • Familiarity with Plastic injection molding machine controls and operations
  • Familiarity with tooling equipment
  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD/ 3D Model
