الوصف

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the model units and guardhouse
  • Provide assistance on sales activities (open house)
  • Ability to maintain all housekeeping stocks
  • Knowledge of the correct handling and application of chemicals
  • Knowledge of the proper operation and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow specific instructions
  • Ability to enforce safety procedures
  • Ability to perform housekeeping tasks
  • Knowledge and ability to apply cleaning techniques, methods, and proper use of equipment


المتطلبات

  • Must be willing to proceed with the medical requirements
  • Able to work long hours and can perform physical activities such as mopping, carrying loads, etc.
  • At least high school level or graduate
  • Knowledgeable on minor repairs (replacement of doorknobs, replacement of busted bulbs, etc.)
  • Willing to be part of an agency
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
