  • Merchandising Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing overarching merchandising strategies that align with business goals, including product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales and Market Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize merchandising efforts, predict sales trends, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels and working closely with procurement to avoid stockouts or overstocking, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing waste.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors, potentially negotiating prices and managing production processes for new products.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Experience: Ensuring attractive and effective product displays and store layouts to enhance customer engagement and drive sales, potentially overseeing visual merchandising teams.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and clear business goals.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure product visibility, availability, and effective promotional execution.
  • Financial Performance: Monitoring store sales, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to profitability through strategic merchandising decisions

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Retail Management, Merchandising, and Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of Sales Analysis, Vendor Coordination, and Team Leadership
