الوصف

  • Design and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Coordinate with architects and other engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
  • Make sure MEPF System are aligned and connected for turnover to owner.
  • Negotiate with subcon of MEPF.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in MEPF engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong in Quality Management, proficient in written and verbal communication, and knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate wiring/plumbing tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily site-based, with some office work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive leader, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
