As a Medical Care Associate, you'll provide excellent on-site support for our medical account by handling patient and provider inquiries, explaining billing and claims clearly, resolving issues quickly, and documenting interactions accurately while following guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer healthcare-related questions with empathy and expertise
• Assist with billing, claims, and insurance inquiries
• Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction
• Maintain precise records of all interactions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Medical Allied courses (preferably BSN, Pharmacy, or Physical Therapy) – with or without experience
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Open to shifting/night schedules
• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start ASAP
