  • Test and analyze blood, urine, and tissue samples in the lab, reporting results to medical professionals.
  • Maintain accuracy of results by calibrating and monitoring lab equipment, and ensuring quality control of specimens.
  • Interpret data, identify errors, and correct them during the testing process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient diagnosis and treatment information.
  • Stay updated with new developments in laboratory sciences through training and conferences.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean lab environment.
  • Keep precise records of lab tests and procedures in line with regulation and standards.
  • Contribute to research studies and investigations with ethical conduct and scientific rigor
  • Notify supervisors of observed problems during testing and assist in troubleshooting lab operations.

المتطلبات

  • Extensive Clinical Laboratory Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist
  • Specialized Certifications (Optional)
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Standards
  • Collaboration with Medical Professionals
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  • Ethics and Confidentiality
