الوصف

  • Lead and manage the medical coding team to ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records.
  • Conduct training sessions for coders on updates and guidelines.
  • Review and audit coding work for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding queries.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.


المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in medical coding.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ED/EM coding, inpatient and outpatient coding, CCS and CPC certifications required, ability to work independently.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee coding accuracy, ensure compliance with regulations, provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based environment; may involve remote work opportunities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving ability.
