الوصف

  • Review and validate medical billing codes for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation.
  • Conduct audits to identify coding discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to coding staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding updates and changes.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in charge auditing or coding.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in IP DRG coding, medical terminology, outpatient coding, CPT/ICD-10/HCP coding, and injection/infusion coding.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, manage audit trails, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office environment with possible remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
