Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000
• Monthly Allowance: ₱3,000

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification
• At least 1–2 years of Inpatient (IP) coding experience
• Strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
• High attention to detail and accuracy in code assignment
• Ability to work onsite in Ortigas

Job Description

As an IP Medical Coder, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and analyzing inpatient medical records to assign accurate diagnostic and procedural codes.
• Ensuring coding compliance with industry standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting accurate billing, reimbursement, and claims processing.
• Collaborating with physicians, auditors, and clinical staff to clarify documentation and coding discrepancies.
• Maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards in coding assignments.
• Staying updated with latest coding updates, regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements.
