• Retrieve and verify patient information from the central database for the preparation and printing of medical certificates.
• Process urgent medical certificates and attachments in response to client requests.
• Coordinate the transfer of certificates to agencies such as NIS, Liberian, and other foreign entities after verifying patient data.
• Verify and include lab and medical test results with certificates prior to doctor review.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on patient examinations and task completion for supervisory review.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper shutdown of equipment daily.
• Upload medical documents to designated client systems and websites as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of SHS or any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Computer literate
• Very good clerical skills
• Keen and detail-oriented
• Willing to extend working hours
• Willing to have Saturday duties and to be assigned in shifting schedule
• Can start work asap
