• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks such as claims processing, payment posting, and follow-ups
• Review and analyze patient accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
• Coordinate with insurance providers and healthcare facilities to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to AR transactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Medical Allied course 
• With experience in BPO – Accounts Receivable (AR) process
• With at least 6 months experience in Prior Authorization
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
