About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Advertiser based in the Philippines to join our growing digital team! You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven ad campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. What You’ll Do:

Social Ad Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Ad Copy & Visual Collaboration

• Craft scroll-stopping ad copy and work closely with designers to produce high-performing creatives.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

Audience Research & Targeting

• Identify and refine audience segments based on platform insights and business goals.

A/B Testing

• Test ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to uncover what converts best.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with content, strategy, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Trend & Competitor Monitoring

• Stay on top of social media ad trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
