• Coordinates with the operation for the status of heavy and medium equipment or trucks.
• Monitor the PMS schedules of the heavy equipment and heavy duty trucks.
• Coordinates with the mobilization team for the transfer or receiving heavy equipment and heavy duty trucks for repair or PMS.
• Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area in particular maximize heavy equipment usage
• Reviews equipment requisitions in line with operation requirement
• Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Manages effective utilization of heavy equipment vehicle assets.
• Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of heavy equipments through regular inspections
• Updates and submits required reports.
• Create Job Orders and Parts requisition for each heavy equipment or heavy duty truck repairs.
• Coordinate with drivers and operators for timely servicing and breakdown reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels of parts, tools, and equipment; request and manage supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Any 4 year course
• With Experience in Heavy Equipment and Trucks
• Computer literate
• Can do Paper works
