  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to issues, and offer product or service information.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues by researching solutions and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Document and file reports regarding technical or customer-related issues for future reference and troubleshooting.
  • Handle the processing of quotations efficiently, ensuring they align with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct site visits or ocular inspections as needed to assess requirements, gather information, and ensure project accuracy.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field.
  • Relevant experience in customer support or technical roles.
  • Proficiency in using quotation and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
