الوصف

  • Able to draw detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, diagrams or layout from sketches
  • Preparing bill of quantity
  • Preparing tender submission.
  • Preparing Mechanical, Electrical technical and control schematic drawings.
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Produce and update drawing sets as required during different project phases.
  • Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings.

المتطلبات

  • Degree or diploma Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in M&E works.
  • Certification in CAD software or drafting techniques.
  • Proven experience as a Draftsman or Drafter, preferably within the construction, architectural, or engineering industries.
  • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in using of MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to attend site M&E coordination meetings.
