  • Perform various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, reflexology) based on client needs
  • Assess clients' physical condition and medical history before treatment
  • Create personalized treatment plans and recommend follow-up sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of massage rooms and equipment
  • Educate clients on wellness practices, stretching, and relaxation techniques
  • Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals when needed
  • TESDA NC II or equivalent certification in Massage Therapy
  • 1–3 years of experience in spa, hotel, or wellness clinic settings
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit and able to perform massages for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
