- Plan, execute, and manage field marketing campaigns, including in-person events, trade shows, product demos, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with local customers, partners, and potential clients to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
- Engage with prospects and customers at events, gathering feedback and nurturing relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to support local sales efforts and provide them with necessary marketing resources.
- Monitor local competition and market trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with planning and executing events, trade shows, or similar field marketing activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and support field activities.
- Creative and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and adjust plans when necessary.
