The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. This role demands a creative, strategic, and data-driven leader with extensive experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Lead brand development, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns including content creation, promotions, events, and advertising.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the digital presence including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry with restaurant background
• Senior-level experience and expertise required for this Marketing Manager position.
• Proven track record in leading successful marketing strategies across traditional (TV, print, outdoor) and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, CRM).
