Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
• Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets

2. Brand Management

• Strengthen and protect the company’s brand identity across all platforms
• Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging in both internal and external communications

3. Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, trade marketing, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate product launches and events to maximize market visibility
• Monitor ROI and effectiveness of all campaigns

4. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve department goals
• Foster collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other departments
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for improvement

5. Digital & Market Innovation

• Drive digital marketing initiatives (social media, SEO, content, e-commerce)
• Explore new marketing channels and innovative tools for engagement
• Utilize analytics to track consumer behavior and adjust strategies

6. Stakeholder Relations

• Build relationships with key business partners, agencies, and media
• Represent the company in industry events, trade fairs, and sponsorships
• Prepare and present regular reports to top management
