  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital and traditional media.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget allocation and resource management for marketing initiatives.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in client- or service-focused industries.
  • With experience as Marketing Officer/Business Development in MANPOWER AGENCY
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and improving retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in cost control and resource planning.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
