The Marketing Manager drives the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution for the organization, shaping the brand’s market position and accelerating business growth. Serves as a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with executives to align marketing objectives with corporate strategy. Leads and mentors the marketing organization—including Brand, Communications, Digital, Creative, and Partnerships—to deliver innovative campaigns that generate demand, enhance brand equity, and capture market share in the highly competitive vape distribution industry.


  • Define and implement the company’s overall marketing vision and brand strategy to drive market share, brand equity, and business growth.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Lead the development of the annual marketing plan, OKRs, and budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, offline, experiential, and trade channels, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels, platforms, and materials.
  • Oversee MarCom, Creative, Social Media, Digital, and Influencer teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all activities support the overall brand direction.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, distributors, media outlets, and influencers to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Direct public relations, crisis communications, and reputation management to protect and enhance the company’s public image.
  • Champion data-driven marketing, leveraging analytics and KPIs to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and guide decision-making.

المتطلبات

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing planning, brand development, and campaign execution.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.


Leadership & Strategic Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing plans with business goals.
  • Capable of developing and managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.


Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and drive creative teams.
