Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Events Officer who has proven experience in club or nightlife marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, well-connected, and understands the fast-paced nature of the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, planning and executing events, and boosting brand visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute club events, promotions, and themed nights.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with DJs, artists, suppliers, and partners for event collaborations.
• Manage social media accounts, content, and digital ads in alignment with the club’s branding.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to ensure event success and smooth execution.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably in nightclubs, bars, or entertainment venues.
• Strong network in the nightlife or entertainment industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment.
• Willing to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
