1.⁠ ⁠Develop innovative and inventive marketing plans to maximize prospect and booking numbers

2.⁠ ⁠Initiate day-to-day calendar activities which shall be closely monitored and executed in timely manner

3.⁠ ⁠Develop compelling and visually appealing content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.

4.⁠ ⁠Manage and curate content for social media platforms daily, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.

5.⁠ ⁠Implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followership.

6.⁠ ⁠Generate report and analysis that able to determine marketing weaknesses and opportunities for robust correction and corrective measures

7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and other departments such as aftersales to gather information and insights for content development.

8.⁠ ⁠Monitor & coordinate any physical marketing activities flow such as roadshow, showroom event, HQ event, new product launching etc.

9.⁠ ⁠Plan and train sales advisors on marketing skills and tools once in awhile

10.⁠ ⁠Conduct live social media

11.⁠ ⁠Prepare marketing plans & reporting to HQ when required

12.⁠ ⁠Handle customer’s concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities

13.⁠ ⁠Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction

14.⁠ ⁠Any ad hoc tasks as and when required
