TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Trade Marketing Assistant supports the Trade Marketing Manager in implementing annual trade marketing activities aligned with NELTEX’s medium- to long-term plans.

External Function:

• Design and execute product move-out plans to assist Top 20 Millionaires
• Administer market research studies to extract key customer insights relevant to improving Millionaires’ sales performance
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and generate valuable market intelligence
• Conduct business reviews with Top 20 Millionaires to identify opportunities and ensure trade incentive achievement
• Deliver product presentations to sales personnel and key employees of Top 20 Millionaires in support of product move-out campaigns
• Support the sales team in presenting products to key influencers, developers, architects, and engineers
• Implement national conventions including CONEX, WORLDBEX, PHILCONSTRUCT, and PAWD
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time

Internal Function:

• Conduct regular product presentations to existing sales representatives and new hires
• Present market and competitive intelligence gathered from the field

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience in the field
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Willingness to do fieldwork
• Highly organized with data and internal processes
