Develop targeted marketing strategies.
Identify and engage target audiences for increased brand awareness, competitiveness, and group revenue.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute plans aligned with group objectives.
Effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
Manage and optimize online platforms for the various brands in the Group, including social media channels, search engines, email marketing, display advertising, etc., to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Receive and respond to customers on feedback and improvements.
Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve the company's online presence and drive website traffic.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, potential areas of improvement, and to determine the best marketing strategy.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, adjusting strategies as needed.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate sales and/or leads.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within the F&B / Retail industry preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Proficient in marketing software and tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva. Microsoft Office.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently or with minimal supervision and ready to take on new responsibilities as and when required.
