Lead the Foundation and its schools to achieve its mission and goals through school operations and management, program development, fundraising and donor relations, and strong financial management.

• Proven organizational experience in a leadership and management role
• Understanding of non-profit governance and public policy pertinent to education and school management
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit and resource management Validated experience in program development and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with corporate mission and goals
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Basic Salary is P50,000-P 60,000 (pls advise on market data)
• Allowance (Transport/Reimbursement with receipts to make it non taxable) - P10,000 m

• 5 yrs experience in Marketing Manager or Accounting Manager and can deal local and international clients or stakeholders, knows sales and marketing especially in finance or accounting
