  • Initiates and monitor approval of purchase request and order of marketing materials
  • Liaise with the product managers for agency requirements e.g. artwork and events costing
  • Organize stocking and distribution of marketing materials to relevant stakeholders
  • Help with the planning & hosting of marketing events both for internal & external partners
  • Overall support to the marketing director
  • At least 2 years administrative experience supporting a commercial team
  • Takes initiative with outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge on the use of systems such
  • Prefer: with working experience in phamaceutical company
