الوصف

  • Distribute flyers and marketing materials at partner agencies
  • Assist crew members with their loan applications
  • Encode applicant details into the system
  • Call and text previous borrowers to promote loan products
  • Send loan vouchers to borrowers
  • Update DAR (Daily Activity Report) for onboarded/offboarded borrowers
  • Submit insurance documents for filing
  • Send proof of refund to fully paid borrowers
  • Coordinate with the Billing Department for accounts needing monitoring (e.g., delayed departure, unpaid balances)

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in field marketing or customer service is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail
