Position Overview:

The Direct Response Funnel Marketer will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing funnels that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on creating high-converting landing pages, writing persuasive email campaigns, supporting paid advertising initiatives, and building automated marketing journeys using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Kit.

The ideal candidate combines strong direct-response copywriting skills with hands-on funnel execution and is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages across the customer journey.
• Write and manage direct-response email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email sequences.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by aligning messaging, offers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
• Build and maintain marketing automations using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Kit.
• Monitor funnel, email, and campaign performance, continuously testing and optimizing for improved conversions.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to streamline marketing workflows and accelerate execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch and improve campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of experience in direct response, lifecycle, or funnel marketing.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end marketing funnels.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Preferred
• Experience working with founders, startups, or high-growth businesses.
• Experience marketing digital products, coaching, education, SaaS, or information products.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience building high-converting landing pages.
• Strong direct-response email copywriting skills with measurable campaign results.
• Experience supporting or managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Kit.
• Experience creating marketing funnels that generated measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve marketing execution and productivity.
• Ability to execute independently while thinking strategically.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience growing and monetizing an email newsletter.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing or messaging automations.
• Experience A/B testing funnels, emails, and landing pages.
• Familiarity with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating conversion improvements, revenue impact, or successful funnel launches.
