TRANSLATOR/ADMIN/EXECUTIVE DRIVER

The Translator-Admin-Driver is a multifunctional role responsible for providing translation (Mandarin-English/Tagalog), administrative support, and safe transportation for company staff and guests. This role ensures smooth communication between Chinese and Filipino staff, supports daily office operations, and facilitates personnel and material transportation as needed and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:Translation:

• Translate written and verbal communication between Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
• Assist Chinese managers in communicating with local employees, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Interpret during meetings, site visits, and other business activities.
• Translate documents such as memos, reports, contracts, and emails.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with general office tasks: filing, photocopying, messenger errands, and scheduling.
• Support HR and admin staff with document processing, coordination, and filing.
• Help manage office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers, government agencies, or other business partners when needed.

Driving Duties:

• Safely drive company personnel, visitors, and goods to and from designated locations.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of documents, packages, and equipment.

• High school graduate or college level.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog (spoken and written).
• With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, 3 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in translation, administration, or as a company driver.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with local traffic laws and routes.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Chinese employers or in a multicultural work environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Can start immediately.
