الوصف

  • Ensures assistance to the immediate head in carrying out department tasks.
  • Verifies the details on the Purchase request form for hauling, outsource hauling, or forwarding/courier/ carrier services needed.
  • Process the PO creation, revision and cancellation requested by Implementation and other departments.
  • Planning delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time.
  • Handling customer orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers.
  • Evaluating delivery routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitoring shipments, tracking delivery progress, and resolving any logistical issues.
  • Support in coordination with Finance, administration, and other departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors, and full, auditable support documentation.
  • Maintain hauler/forwarder/carrier information and managing data for local shipments/ ports.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • With at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Expertise in Logistics or Delivery process, procedures, and policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ERP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can start ASAP
