The Delivery Order Specialist's role is to maintain completeness, create and monitor all required delivery documentations, ensure documentation integrity, analyze, resolve adjustments and properly record into system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the timely processing of delivery documentation:
• Ensure that the proper guidelines and procedures are strictly observed in creating system-generated Delivery Orders in SAP for AACI.
• Ensure accuracy and reconcile with the inventory for the generation of systems Delivery Orders.
• Prepares documents/parcels to transmit into warehouse and sending daily transmittal. 

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any Business course.
• A minimum of one year relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in SAP System
• Demonstrated strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Good communication skills coupled with effective follow-up strategies.
• Proven aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work setting.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.
