  • Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and verifying incoming shipments at NX Logistics Philippines, Inc., a leader in the Transportation & Logistics industry.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, handle the movement of goods, and assist with inventory audits.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and transporting packages to the shipping area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety policies.
  • Support in managing warehouse space and complying with company standard operating procedures.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in heavy lifting and maintaining flexibility; strong capabilities in staff coaching and handling personnel; well-versed in Microsoft Excel and other tracking systems; highly organized and service-oriented.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory management, oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensure safety procedures are followed, and provide coaching to warehouse staff.
  • Working Conditions: Work typically involves manual labor within a warehouse environment, with potential for varied shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: A motivated team player with excellent communication skills and good interpersonal abilities, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
