الوصف

  • Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of insurance policies and related documents to clients.
  • Assign delivery routes to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of policies.
  • Verify the accuracy of policy documents and related materials before departure for each delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service during policy deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of delivered policies, obtaining required signatures as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for secure and confidential delivery of sensitive documents.
  • Report any delivery-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly to the dispatcher.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company-owned delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs. Check and verify various payment methods, including cash, e-wallet, bank transfers, and checks, before and upon delivery.
  • Ensure that payments received are accurate and properly documented, following established procedures.
  • Handle payment-related inquiries and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.

  • With valid driver's license
  • Experience is an advantage
