1. Localize and implement global marketing strategies tailored to your region

2. Develop and mange media resources, including paid media, earned media, arrange interviews, and handle press inquiries

3. Work closely with the HQ PR team to manage press releases, media kits, and speaking opportunites

4.coordinate regional campaigns, AMAs, and online/offline activations in sync with product and BD teams

5.collaborate with regional KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to amplify brand voice

6. own the PR calendar for your region, monitor media sentiment, and handle basic crisis comms.

7. track marketing KPIs and report campaign results and regional insights regularly

1. 3＋years in marketing, with proven regional experience and strong media/PR background

2. prior experience in crypto/web3, fintech, or tech industries is a strong plus

3. excellent communication and writing skills in English and local lanaguage

4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across time zones and teams

5. experience with tools like Notion, Hubspot, and X(twitter) is a plus
