Cooking Duties

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to set recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of food served.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform supervisors of shortages.

Utility Duties

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness in disposal areas.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations set by DOH or relevant authority

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience as a kitchen helper, utility staff, or cook is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items or stand for long hours.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
