  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with restaurant standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Adapt to changing menus and special requests
  •  Prepare ingredients, cook dishes to order, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in inventory, and follow safety protocols.

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene practices, stewarding tasks, mise-en-place preparation, heavy lifting, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with the potential for long hours and physically demanding tasks.
