• Monitor and ensure the safety of all patrons in and around the swimming pool area.
• Perform rescue operations, administer first aid, and perform CPR as necessary.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong swimming skills; ability to work under pressure
• Qualities and Traits: Responsible, alert, and attentive to details
• Certifications: Must have a valid license from the Philippine Red Cross, at least Lifeguarding Level One, Current CPR/BLS, and First Aid certification required
