Janissa Healthcare Philippines Inc. is a trusted provider of innovative medical devices and supplies. We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Pharmacist / Regulatory Officer to ensure compliance with Philippine regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely product registration, renewal, LTO application / renewal with PDEA, FDA, DOH and other Government Agencies.
• Communicate and gather from Suppliers needed data for Pre-registration.
• Diligently attend to Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)requirements.
• Communicates with suppliers defective and recalled products.
• Coordinates with the Suppliers of the products regarding labeling and packaging of products.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing Department for development of existing products and launching of new products.
• Ensures compliance of Good Warehousing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures as required by DOH / FDA.
• Keep proper documentation, maintain and update pertinent records, making them available when needed.
• Engage in research, studies and development of new products.
• Conducts monthly physical inventory of company stocks.
• Assist in the invoicing of orders when needed.
• Prepare Government bid documents and requirements.
• Attend and comply with Intellectual Property Office (IPO) registration process.

Qualification

• Must have at least 4 years experience as Regulatory Affairs Officer in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Company
• Knowledgeable in processing, registering and renewal of products registration with FDA and PDEA.
• Experience in importation and bid documents preparation is an advantage
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist
