The Pharmacist is responsible for preparing, dispensing, and reviewing medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners. They ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs, provide expert advice on medication therapy, and promote health and wellness to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret prescriptions from healthcare providers.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately.
• Advise patients on the correct use, dosage, and possible side effects of their medication.
• Monitor patient medication therapies to prevent interactions and ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of medications, patient information, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Provide immunizations, health screenings, and wellness counseling when applicable.
• Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products, trends, and regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
