الوصف

  • Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
  • Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or Timekeeping related matters.
  • Monitor biometric violation of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
  • Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentations.
  • Handles inquiry of direct employees related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
  • Responsible for all employees Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
  • Filling all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn over to HR for promotions.
  • Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
  • BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
  • Business permits including: Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc

المتطلبات

  • Has a lot of patience
  • Must be trustworthy, honest, and hardworking
  • Good in communication skills both written and verbal
  • With experience in handling permits
  • At least College or Vocational Graduate
  • With Professional License is an advantage (know how to drive 4 wheels privates car)
  • Residing in Pasay or nearby areas.
