We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Liaison Officer responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders, while also ensuring the secure and timely delivery and collection of essential documents, packages, and other items. This role acts as a vital link, supporting the smooth flow of information and materials critical to the organization's daily operations.


  • Liaison Duties (approx. 50%):
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Information Exchange: Gather and disseminate information between various departments, clients, vendors, and government agencies as directed.
  • Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary parties are notified and logistical arrangements are made.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with key external contacts (e.g., couriers, suppliers, postal services, bank personnel) to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Address minor issues or discrepancies related to deliveries, collections, or information requests, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager.
  • Representational: Represent the organization professionally and courteously in all external interactions.
  • Reporting: Maintain basic records of liaison activities, communications, and deliveries/collections as required.


  • Messenger Duties (approx. 50%):
  • Delivery & Collection: Safely and efficiently pick up, transport, and deliver documents, mail, packages, samples, payments, and other items to and from internal departments, external clients, vendors, banks, and post offices.
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, considering traffic and urgency.
  • Security & Confidentiality: Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all items being transported. Obtain necessary signatures and verifications upon delivery and collection.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all outgoing and incoming items, including recipient names, dates, times, and signatures.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Errands: Perform other general office errands as assigned, such as purchasing supplies, processing postal mail, or making bank deposits and withdrawals.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., messenger, administrative assistant with courier duties, customer service with client interaction).


  • Driving:
  • Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to navigate local areas efficiently.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.


  • Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact politely and professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliveries/requests simultaneously.
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy with confidential information and valuable items.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve minor issues independently.
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy (email, simple data entry), proficiency with GPS and navigation apps.
  • Customer Service: A helpful and service-oriented attitude.


  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to [e.g., 25-30] pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Good vision and hearing.


  • Working Conditions:
  • Combination of office and field-based work.
  • Regular exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
  • May require occasional work outside of regular business hours, depending on operational needs.
  • Can start ASAP and can work in Maybunga, Pasig


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with government agencies and regulatory processes.
