  • Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and the organization.
  • Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a liaison or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations and MS Office; strong written communication and analytical skills; proficient in data analysis and entry; excellent scheduling and time management abilities; strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with standard hours; may involve some overtime during peak times.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
