China Construction Front General Development Corp. is seeking a Legal Specialist/Assistant to support legal operations in the construction and engineering sector. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and contract management.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on construction regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of legal files.
  • Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure legal compliance.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably as a Legal Assistant or Specialist.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, effective time-management, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and understanding of compliance.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in legal research, document preparation, compliance auditing, and case management.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, proactive, and possesses a strong ethical foundation.
