  • Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall or Building terms
  • Scouting for prospective space for lease
  • Review and analyze the Lease proposals
  • Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demand
  • Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies
  • Monitoring and arrangements of Lease Space for Renewal and Non-Renewal
  • Arrangement and filing of lease of Contracts.
  • Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 20 to 40 years old
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can do multitask
