 Location: Hybrid Setup (70% Work from Home, 30% Field Work for Client Meetings & Property Viewings)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Leasing Executive Assistant to support our real estate leasing operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve results.

You will assist in managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, preparing reports, and closing deals — while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • ₱15,000 Monthly Allowance
  • ₱2,000 Meal Allowance
  • ₱500 Transportation Allowance
  • Incentive: 3% commission for every closed deal


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in sales or real estate leasing
  • Own laptop, Wi-Fi connection, headphones, and a spare phone for company SIM use
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, motivated, and results-driven
  • Willing to travel for meetings and property viewings


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leasing executive in daily operations and client coordination
  • Handle client inquiries and schedule property viewings
  • Prepare and submit KPI reports to immediate superior
  • Support in deal negotiation and closing processes
  • Maintain updated property listings and client records

Work Setup:

  • 70% Work from Home (online coordination, reporting, client follow-ups)
  • 30% Field Work (client meetings, property viewing, documentation)
