Pay: ₱25,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 per month

Job Description:

Sales and Client Relations Officer – Leasing

  • Responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by promoting available commercial units for lease, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent service throughout the leasing process.
  • This role combines sales, marketing, and customer service to attract and retain tenants, while ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and leasing agreements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market available properties/units through various channels (online listings, social media, networking, property tours).
  • Handle inquiries from potential tenants and provide accurate information on leasing terms, property features, and availability.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms within company guidelines and prepare leasing documents.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate records of prospects and active tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Coordinate with the property management team for tenant move-ins, renewals, and concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve leasing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all leasing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Experience in leasing, sales, or customer relations (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of leasing contracts and property management processes is an advantage.
