Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

The Learning and Development Specialist supports the design, delivery, and administration of learning programs across the shared services organization. This role ensures that employees have access to effective development opportunities, leveraging learning technologies and data to enhance capability, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials, e-learning content, and onboarding programs for shared services teams.
• Administer the learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and smooth learner experience.
• Partner with process owners and functional leaders to assess skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Track and analyze learning metrics to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
• Support global or regional learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning and development in a shared services , BPO, or multinational corporate environment.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Willing to submit an e-learning portfolio
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
