• 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call centre operations
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple training batches and adapt to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training programs, including product knowledge, systems navigation, communication skills, and process orientation.
• Conduct refresher trainings and upskilling sessions for existing employees based on performance trends and business needs.
• Develop, update, and improve training materials and modules in collaboration with operations and quality teams.
• Assess training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, feedback, and post-training performance tracking.
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents during training and nesting phases.
